In the 16th century the villa was build and used as a little monastry.

Over the centuries the building aquired by rich italian families which rebuild it from a small hunting castle to a real splendid summervilla in the heights of the Cesane forests at least. During this time it received it's name "Villa Pallucchini".

From 2000 to 2003 the building has been basically reconstructed to an inhabitable and comfortable state by leaving the original as far as possible. This was done by a dutch atist with the intention of only using expensive, original materials like the pink and white natural stone for the walls, the insolated monks and nuns rooftiles and the original cotto-tiles for the floors. So for example today you find an appartement in the original chapel of the monastry. During the renovation former fresco-walls were discovered an integrated in the character of the new appartement. At least the whole basement floor with the room for two or three additional appartements and a terasse in their front with a view over the total Metauro valley and the sunrise over the Adriatic Sea wasn't realized until now. All the renovation work was done with a view to keep the possibilities for the integration of a later use of additional or other parts of the building in the existing modern technical structure of the building.

The swimmingpool was realized in the garden, it is adjacent but not to close to the building so nobody will be disturbed by the loudness of playing children for example.

If your looking for a place to discover back the effect of quietness on your soul, the possibility to relax while letting your eyes walk over a dreamful landscape even if it's sunny or not without being far away from cultural or shopping activities, then you know have found what you are looking for. And it's only 15 minutes to drive from a motorway and 40 minutes away from the hectic life of the next airport. And it could be yours. And it's name is Villa Pallucchini.
