The property consists of app. 13 ha ground directly around the building.

There are 6 ha meadows, which lie above and below the buildings. They where used for breeding and raising horses in the past.  On the meadow below the property a couple of olive trees are located. It is possible to rent or buy additional land beside and below the properties ground depending on the intentions of the buyer. A vineyard in immediate vicinity (Biancella del Metauro DOC) also can be acquired from a neighbouring farmer.

The 7 ha wood are lying just beside the property. They form a small and deep valley with a small river at it's bottom. You need at least 15 or 20 minutes on a small path to reach the bottom by foot. The would also contain old oak trees which are capable to find truffled there. It's possible to forward this to a truffle fram with subventions from the Italian government.

At the other side of the buildings the 11 x 5 metres swimming pool is located. With the existing filter and pumping system it is poosible to keep the water in to pool over the total year. The pool could be used without a heating over 9 months of the year.
